  My recent experience here was excellent, despite the major issues my car faced. I brought my car in thinking it was tire pressure related, and found out that much more was needed. After being told I had parts covered under a warranty from my dealership out of town, I was encourage to take my car to a local dealership instead. All of my interactions were with Mark, and although conflicted about taking my business elsewhere he understood and wished me the best. A day later I was quoted four times what Mark had quoted me and that my warranty would not cover any of the parts needed. My gut reaction was that I made a mistake so I decided to call Mark to see if he had any advice, and although I took my business elsewhere he was quick to help. All things considered I decided to bring my car back to Goodyear and leave the rest up to Mark. This placed owed me nothing after I decided to leave, and rather than making me feel bad about making what clearly was the wrong decision, they worked with me to find to a solution that made the most sense for my situation and never pressured me otherwise.
